Missouri Board of Healing Arts Guidelines

The Missouri Board of Healing Arts requires that physicians must obtain 50 hours of continuing medical education (CME) every two-year Missouri Board cycle.

The two-year cycle begins in the even-numbered years.

The 50 hours must qualify as American Osteopathic Association (AOA) Category 1-A or 2-A credits, or as American Medical Association (AMA) Category PRA-1 credits or American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) prescribed credits.
