MAOPS Resolutions for Member Comment

Presented for your review and consideration are this year’s sunsetting MAOPS policies with the Board of Trustee’s recommendations. MAOPS requires all policies to be reviewed on their fifth “birthday” and every five years thereafter to ensure relevance and accuracy. These policies have been reviewed and edited by reference committees assigned by the MAOPS Legislative Committee. The full Legislative Committee then reviewed and refined the reference committee recommendations. The Board of Trustees then reviewed, refined, and approved the recommendations and now submits them to membership for comment.
